Media Blasting

Body Exterior

Remove paint, body filler and surface rust from the vehicle body. The price varies on the size and condition of the body and layers of paint to be removed.

Body Interior

All of the exposed interior areas are blasted to remove paint, rust and anything adhering to the surfaces. The price is determined by the amount of area to be blasted.

Body Underside

The body is placed on a rotisserie so that the underside surfaces are accessable. Paint, undercoating, rust and other material is removed from the base metal. The price for this service is dependent on the size, exposed area and condition of the undercoat.

Special Consideration

Depending on the project, body filler and sealants can be left on the body. If requested, lead filler can be removed. Lead is removed by melting it out. All work is cleaned to remove media before it is returned.

Assembly and Disassembly

A complete blasting requires that major parts like doors and fenders be removed so that all painted surfaces are exposed. We will disassemble and reassemble to meet the needs of your project. This service is done at a flat hourly rate.

Seal / Primer Coat

Unless your plans include painting your project immediately, It is recommended that you protect it with a primer coat. The price varies based on the size of the project and type of primer requested.

Getting your project to us and having it returned to you can be arranged.
